Too Big, Too Broken

Ok, we will be serious for one post. This house gives us an opportunity to show you some important things Mary has shown us that every homebuyer needs to consider.
First, ceilings. They shouldn't look like this (neither should anything in the house)

Second, foundation. Cracks are bad. This needs to be looked at by a professional to see if it will hold up.

Third, its important to look at siding, roofs, and gutters. This house is bad in all three.
Even though we have joked through most of our posts, we look at these issues seriously at every house.
